Mental Health First Aid Course -this course is internationally recognised.
Mental Health First Aid is exactly what you might think a first aid approach to mental health.
The benefits are to:
Preserve life where a person may be a danger to themselves
Provide help to prevent the mental health problems developing into a more serious state

Provide comfort to a person experiencing mental ill health

Promoting Positive Mental Health Awareness Workshops
These workshops are proving very popular amongst employers who want to provide staff with some key skills to manage their teams and customers more effectively; four workshops were delivered in February 2011 to front line staff within a local housing association. It helped staff in the following ways:

These workshops start at 350 per workshop, for a maximum of 20 people.
