The main thrust of InterAct's mental health work is: Promoting good mental health and changing attitudes to mental health and mental ill health Supporting people with mental health difficulties into a range of beneficial activities, including learning and work, as well as social activities

Changing attitudes: As part of our drive to change attitudes we have launched our "One Day" campaign based on the well known statistic:

'Every year 1 in 4 people has some kind of mental health problem'

'One Day it might be someone important to you'
