We cover topics people want to know about, in a friendly and supportive environment, alongside others who understand and give peer support.
For example a parent or carer who lives every day with a child with extra needs, or carer of a family member who might not know who they are, or a volunteer or employee to improve their knowledge and understanding to help and support themselves and others experiencing a mental health problem.
Training is delivered by qualified trainers and people with real life experience. InterAct has a variety of training opportunities to fit different needs and circumstances.
