Sarah is InterAct's 19–25 Lead Organiser. Having volunteered with InterAct as a young person, she was excited to return as part of the team and continue her passion for supporting others. With a degree in Creative Writing, Sarah has worked as a creative writing tutor, designed and facilitated workshops for mental health charities, and delivered sessions at festivals. She enjoys helping people express themselves and discover their voice through creativity.

Sarah originally qualified as a teacher in 2011 and later as a counsellor in 2022. She brings many years of experience working with young people and their families, encouraging communication, connection, and empowerment. She is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where young people can thrive and reach their full potential. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys cheerleading, camping, hiking, and teaching yoga. She also loves spending time with her 4-year-old Havanese, Ushi.
