 At InterAct we work with young people and adults who struggle to do the things that other young people take for granted. We do this by running a range of term time and holiday activities across Essex that people can dip in and out of, according to their interests and needs.

Our mission is to enable those with learning disabilities, autism and other additional needs to develop their potential and enjoy socially inclusive fulfilled lives. We are passionate about our work and provide a variety of social and leisure activities to suit all interests.

We are currently seeking Sessional Workers to help run our our term time and holiday activities in Chelmsford, Colchester, Maldon, Clacton & Tendring. Term time sessions include after-school clubs and evening clubs for 2-3 hours. Holiday activities tend to be all-day from around 9am to 5pm.

Is this you?

• Confident, enthusiastic, friendly personality and a willingness to encourage and help others
• Experience of working with people with complex needs/disabilities
• Enthusiastic, flexible with a willingness to have fun
• Excellent communication skills

Current pay rates – £12.21 – £13.65 an hour depending on experience and qualifications.
