This course is only for those people that have completed an Adult MHFA Two Day or One Day course. This MHFA refresher course will empower you to: 

- Keep your awareness of current mental health support channels

- Update your knowledge of mental health and what influences it

- Practise applying the Mental Health First Aid Action Plan

Please note if either the Adult MHFA Two or One Day course were completed prior to 2019, you will need to complete a two-day course.

We will require a contribution of £20 to cover the cost of your take away MHFA manual and course materials.
